My first semester of college and being 2,000 miles away from home for about 4 months is almost over... AHHHHH!!

Can I go home yet??

1 more day of each one of my classes and then one week of final exams.... Can I make it? I HOPE SO!!!

I miss my Floridians!!!

My Thanksgiving started with a beautiful sunset. This was taken on the airplane I rode on from Abilene to Houston.

I got to Houston on Wednesday night. We ate dinner at Olive Garden (mmmm) On Turkey Day, we ate then watched the Cowboys game. they lost in overtime against the dang Broncos.  Then we watched some basketball. I read alot. I read Nicholas Sparks' new book, At First Sight. It was so good. But the ending is so surprising and sad. I teared up . Friday, we got out a shopped a little and went back to the house to catch the A&M game. What a great game!!!! We lost but we gave them Longhorns a run for their money, thats for sure!  After that, more basketball. And more reading  Saturday,  the girls went crazy  We went shoppin!!! I bought a few Christmas gifts and some jeans from Aero  After we finished our shopping, we came back to the house and decorated the tree!!!!  (my uncle, my cousin, my aunt, me and my grandma) Here is the finished product..

I finished the book right before church. After church, I ate lunch with my grandparents and headed to the airport. I sat around a while and talked to my family while I waited. So that was nice. Then we took off. As we were nearing Abilene, the wind picked up. There were wind gusts up to 40 mph. Our plane was all over the place. I was so scared. And I was feeling sick on top of that. We landed unsteadily but safely pulled into the gate area. (phew)

All the girls on our hall caught up on their weekends and then Jen and I went over to Jen's parents house and had some pizza with them. When we got back to the dorm, we decorated our tree  Isn't it cute?!

13 days..... ahhhhh!!! I can't wait!! I miss yall so much!

Last night was the Gardner Thanksgiving dinner. Mmm it was delicious! Here are some snapshots

Needless to say,  we had a good time last night! 

We ate dinner at Brooke's house on Sunday night. Mmmm :) BBQ

Then Katie (our RA) made us dinner on Tuesday night. Mmm It was A-mazing (None of us were ready for the picture - obviously! haha)
